Quick Cake

This is a cake I made about a month ago for my mom and I just iced the cake with coffee flavored icing and added pecans, in the center the cake had more icing with bananas and pecans.

 These were some cupcakes I made about last month, but I never got the chance to post up the results, I made these cupcakes with 2 boxes of cake mix although I used a recipe a friend gave me that included sour cream, carnations, and other ingredients. I piped the cupcakes with chocolate and vanilla icing.

My next baking project that I’d to attempt is the famous French Silk Pie. The recipe I found has the complete process and steps to make the pie and it also includes how to make the whipped cream. I’m not sure when I am going to make the pie because I have ran out of many ingredients.
